Julio Guerrero Selected as President-Nominee Julio Guerrero Selected as President-Nominee Julio Guerrero Selected as President-Nominee Julio Guerrero, PhD During the President's Dinner held at the Society's Annual Meeting in Portland, Ore., the ASME Nominating Committee declared the determination of Julio Guerrero, PhD, as ASME president-chosen one for 2015-2016. The Committee additionally declared the chosen people for six other ASME initiative positions, including the following three individuals from the Board of Governors. Dr. Guerrero is a head, RD and business advancement, at Draper Laboratory in Cambridge, Mass., and originator of Cambridge Research and Technology LLC. Guerrero filled in as an individual from ASME's Board of Governors from 2011-2013, and as bad habit seat of the Society's Industry Advisory Board from 2008-2010.
